Jaco Louw is our Founder and Owner of Sea Serpents diving he is our lead Instructor with more than 9 years of experience in the scuba diving industry. His Qualifications is as follows: 1 Star diver, 2 Star Diver, 3 Star Diver, Dive Master, Rescue Diver, O2 Administrator, Compressor Operator, Nitrox Diver, 2 Star Instructor.
